The Coast Sundance Lodge is located at the base of the Sundance high-speed Quad Chair at Sun Peaks Resort. A variety of deluxe room types are available, including one- and two-bedroom suites, lofts, and studio suites with fireplaces and small kitchens. A variety of recreational facilities are available.

The Delta Residences at Sun Peaks is a full-service hotel that is a year-round destination. Whether skiing in the winter or golfing in the summer, this hotel offers comfortable accommodations including one- and two-bedroom suites and family suites, all with full kitchens and laundry facilities. Hotel amenities include a restaurant and lounge, a fitness centre, a heated outdoor swimming pool, three outdoor hot tubs, a sauna, a business centre, extensive meeting and banquet space and pet-friendly guest rooms.

Ski in/ski out hotel located in the heart of Sun Peaks. Offering 43 rooms and one Jacuzzi suite, complimentary continental breakfast is included in winter season, as well as hot tub, sauna and steam room. The Steakhouse restaurant is located on the premises as well and features steaks and wines in a casual atmosphere.

The condominium hotel has ski in/out access in the winter and is in the centre of the Sun Peaks resort facilities. Activities include ski cat rides, sleigh rides, snow mobile trials and cross country skiing. In the summer there is golf, mountain biking, swimming, fishing, hiking, photography and the annual flower festival.

Fireside Lodge, part of Woodlands at Sun Peaks Resort, is located in the heart of Sun Peaks village. Choose from studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom accommodation. Each room contains a fully-equipped kitchen, satellite television, and a gas fireplace. Also available are outdoor hot tubs, secured undeground parking, and shared laundry facilities.

Located in Sun Peaks Village. Intimate well appointed lodging featuring kitchenettes with fireplaces, balconies and lofts available. Ski in/out accommodation situated only 200m from the first tee box in the summer. Beautiful European Spa with hot tub, sauna and steam room, open daily.
